Reaction to Congress, Summerslam marketing, stock.
– According to those within WWE, management is taking Congress’ request for information on drug testing very seriously. Nonetheless, the company, which plans to address the request methodically, is not panicking at all.
– With the Jackass cast officially off Summerslam, WWE has issued a new poster for the pay-per-view that features Umaga facing off against his own image. (Link via Cineplex: http://www.cineplex.com/Images/MovieImages/en/movie_assets/wwess_features_en_110.gif)
– WWE stock closed at $15.01 Friday, which marks a 52-week low.
