Including Kurt Angle, Matt Hardy, Animal, Jamie Noble, Jay Lethal, UFC And More!
- As reported earlier, Kurt Angle will be joining the Smackdown brand full time in the near future. There is also a possibility of a face turn, as he’s booked to team with The Undertaker against Randy Orton and Mark Henry and face Randy Orton one on one in Japan in February.
- Management continues to be very high on Jamie Noble since his return. They feel that he works a style that is not only good in cruiserweight matches, but good against heavyweights as well. He’ll be competing full-time on Smackdown in the near future.
- Matt Hardy and Animal will begin teaming up in the near future as they’re booked as a team on two shows in Japan in February. Animal has recently been on his own at house shows, getting involved in The Dicks’ matches.
- Expect another marquee match to be added to Monday’s RAW card. Vince McMahon wants to load the card up to hold as many viewers as possible to the USA Network before Spike TV airs “Ultimate Fight Night Live” at 10 PM.
- To update a news item from a few days ago, it looks as if Jay Lethal will be joining TNA full-time instead of signing with WWE. Lethal’s independent dates are very important to him and that may have been a dealbreaker. He’s currently booked for ROH and JAPW through March.
